About the event
We will explore our inner realms of peace, presence and spaciousness through through chakra tuning meditation and further delve into togetherness through sound bathing - immersing in the resonance of harmony through the waves of singing sound bowls, gongs, chimes, amidst a myriad of warm tones and soft rhythms.
We will explore what lights us up through journaling into warm reflections, inspiring potential and honouring our hearts to set the tone for living with loving awareness and inspired grace.
We will explore the realms of inner and outer harmony through the resonance of joining our voices together through simples sounds and mantra meditation.
