An invitation to gather in (virtual-real time) community to tune in, connect and reflect on your inner essence of living wholey, heartfully as the truest essence of your highest self. We will be nurturing the elements within through mindfulness, meditation and journaling over five Sunday sessions.

In this five week series we will be exploring - tuning into and nurturing the elements within through mindfulness, meditation and journaling. Each session will feature a breath practice, short guided meditations (with some elements of sound, mantra and or visualization) and journaling prompts for personal inquiry, reflection and heartful exploration.
We will explore how the breath moves through the body and experience the regulation and flow of life force energy using intentional breathing practices and tuning into present moment awareness. We will reflect on how the body is a sacred vessel, a messenger, a living instrument and get curious about how the chakras are related to the elements.
