An inspired invitation to gather in a circle of sound where music is both a playground and a sanctuary.
This mind, body and soul nourishing music therapy informed workshop blends playful group improvisation with the restorative tones of a crystal bowl sound bath.
We’ll begin and end with expressive, community-based music-making, and rest in the middle with spacious, receptive listening. No musical experience needed—just curiosity, openness and a willingness to show up.
