About the event

For your greatest comfort please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket for sure.  Additionally if you'd like a cushion or a block to sit on,  and a journal and pen for reflections. 

This event will be held downstairs at Maury Young Arts centre in a cozy community room setting with a maxiumum of 15 participants.

  • Community Circle & Sound Bath

    Please bring a mat, blanket and if you like a block or meditation cushion for sitting in circle. The entrance at the Arts Centre is the door on the left - go downstairs, past the youth centre and straight down the hall it's the third door on the left. You will see a candle outside the door.
