An invitation to gather in community to connect, share and journey inwards for relaxation, restoration and revitalization. Soaking in the soothing melodic sound waves as they guide us into a deeply restful & rejuvenating meditative experience with a blend of chimes, gongs & singing sound bowls.

About the event
An invitation to gather in cozy community in honouring more intentional reflective and self nourishing time.
These ceremonial style sessions offer a soothing sound bath experience with singing sound bowls and chimes warmly blended with expansive resonance of the gong, and soft waves of percussive rhythms.
There will be open invitations and opportunities to share our voices through the exploration of toning and mantra meditations, and further invitations up to connect deeper through personal inquiry, reflection, and soulful sharing time. For your greatest comfort please wear comfy cozy clothes and bring a mat (or thermarest), a water bottle, a pillow and a blanket.
We will gather in one of the cozy community rooms down stairs at the Maury Young Arts centre.

For your greatest comfort please dress in warm comfy cozy clothes and bring a mat (or thermarest), a blanket and a pillow (or cushion or reach out if you need me to bring one for you). This session will be downstairs three doors down on your left.
