About the event
An invitation to gather in cozy community in honouring more intentional reflective and self nourishing time.
These ceremonial style sessions offer community connection and a soothing sound bath experience with singing sound bowls and chimes warmly blended with expansive resonance of the gong, and soft waves of percussive rhythms.
There will be open invitations and opportunities to share our voices through the exploration of toning and mantra meditations, and further invitations up to connect deeper through personal inquiry, reflection, and soulful sharing time. For your greatest comfort please wear comfy cozy clothes and bring a mat (or thermarest), a water bottle, a pillow and a blanket.
We will gather upstairs in the new Studio 99 space in Function Junction.
