An invitation to gather in community to connect, share and journey inwards for relaxation, restoration and revitalization. Soaking in the soothing melodic sound waves as they guide us into a deeply restful & rejuvenating meditative experience with a blend of chimes, gongs & singing sound bowls.

About the event
An invitation to gather in community for a sound sanctuary.
A time to get cozy and quietly dawn inward for rest, reprieve, and some soulful sound recalibration and integration time.
We will softly settle in, ease in with a couple of refreshing and grounding breath practices and then simply drift into the meditative sound journey experience.
Imagine unwinding into the immersive realms of crystal singing bowls, and chimes, exploring the expansive resonance of the gong and attuning to the rhythms of percussion with a few more surprise harmonics and instruments along the way….
For your greatest comfort please wear comfy cozy clothes and bring a mat (or thermarest), a water bottle, a pillow and a blanket.
We will gather UPSTAIRS in the fireplace foyer at the Maury Young Arts centre.
