Tuning inwards to the inner realms of our hearts and souls through soothing sound bowl meditations, movement, journaling and soulful sharing. Calling new light to life and releasing what is no longer serving us.

For your optimal comfort and enjoyment please bring a mat, a blanket and a journal. Possibly a pillow and block or cushion to sit on.
This session will be held downstairs in the cozy community room at Maury Young Arts Center in the heart of Whistler Village with a maximum of 17 participants.
