Service Description
Mindfully Mellow SAMPLE WORKSHOP OUTLINE Join Julie for a welcome pause in the week to slow down and offer yourself a soulful nourishing break in your work week with gently guided wellness practices. Welcoming rejuvination into your everyday with some restorative breathing exercises, gentle stretching, mellow movement and finally flowing into ongoing relaxation with a soothing sound bowl meditation. Benefits of meditation and mindful movement, meditation and sound therapy: Reduce stress Regulate the nervous system Maintain and promote vibrant health and mental clarity About your facilitator: Julie Burrows has been exploring a variety of wellness modalities over the last few years and is trained as a meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator and yoga and sound therapy practitioner. These workshops can be set up as regular 1 hour monthly workplace wellness series' or custom designed to be anywhere from 3 - 5 hour as inspiring and restorative team workshops.
